INTERLOCKING LIBERTY
This project was developed under the tutorng of Matija Čop, whose approach to modular construction strongly shaped the project’s exploration of structure, movement and transformation. Inspired by the Portuguese 25th of April Carnation Revolution, the collection reinterprets military-inspired garments through interlocking systems, utility details and detachable elements. The project questions how clothing can protect, restrict and liberate the body, transforming garments into adaptable structures of resistance and freedom.

REGENT’S UNIVERSITY LONDON 2025 YEAR 2 SHOWLAB

Participating in Show Lab 2025 as a second-year student was an important opportunity to present my work in a professional and collaborative environment. It allowed me to experience the pace, pressure and energy of preparing for a live fashion presentation, while also learning how my garments communicate on the body, in movement and in front of an audience. Having my look close the Year Two looks selection was a particularly meaningful moment, as it gave the project a strong presence within the show and marked an important step in my development and confidence as a designer.
